Pansy Morapedi is the Managing Director for Honeycomb BEE Ratings.
Pansy has over 10 years working experience across a diverse array of industries. Her career started out in Executive Recruitment and moved to BEE consulting as well as Human Resources. Her involvement in BEE has included working with different size enterprises and assisting them with reaching their BEE and transformation goals. Other involvement in the BEE sphere included assisting construction sector companies with their involvement in Public Private Partnerships. She is a woman that always excels at what she does and is strongly committed to empowering her team members to do the same. |

Sergey Bashala is a Director at Honeycomb BEE Ratings, as well as a Senior Analyst and Verification Manager. He began his corporate career in 2003 with Standard Bank SA in their specialist SME division and was involved in consulting and the advisory of the then launched FICA legislations to SME businesses across different sectors.
In 2005 he joined Old Mutual SA as an Investment Consultant housed at Fairbairn Capital, servicing and dealing with high net worth clients, later held the position of Financial Advisor in the High Tech Personal Financial Advisory – Project Emerald division in Cape Town. His involvement in Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) dates back to 2007 where he started as a BEE Executive and later assumed different roles and responsibilities from Senior Verification Analyst to Verification Manager and BEE Management Consultant on special projects. Sergey is currently involved in the BEE verification preparations, audits, scenario analysis, training, strategy development and implementation for many clients from listed, large and small in varying industry sectors. Sergey obtained a Higher Diploma (Banking) and holds CAIB (SA). He has completed the MDP (B-BBEE) with distinction and is currently pursuing the Chartered Secretary Governance Professional and an MBA with the Edinburgh Business School, UK. |

With a Law Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Ridwana has had over 15 years experience in strategic development, management, marketing, labour law and empowerment. She has worked extensively in the non-profit and corporate sectors in diverse fields such as sustainable development, conflict management and transformation. She has a strong commitment to social justice and empowerment. Ridwana currently sits on the Board of an NPO, The Family. |
